How much time does refunds take ?

Payment Refund is initiated within 1 business day of designer / Vendor receiving back the package.

Refunds are completed by philocaly.com within 7 business days. After the refund is completed from our end it will take following number of days to  reflect in your account.

Cancellation Duration:

  1. 5 Working Days

Refunds Via Online Payments (Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking):

  1. Netbanking: 3 working days
  2. Debit Card: 7 working days
  3. Credit Card: 9 working days

Refunds Via Bank Transfer (for Gharpay Payment / Cash Before Delivery):

  1. 5 working days

 

Refunds are initiated only after all goods are returned in proper condition and same is confirmed with the designer. For example

  1. if you have made payment via Netbanking, it will take a total of 7 (Philocaly Processing Time) + 3 (Bank Processing Time) = 10 working days.
  2. If you have made payment via Credit Card, it will take a total of 7 (Philocaly Processing Time) + 9 (Bank Processing Time) = 16 working days.

How can I return a product?

We have a customer friendly return policy .You will have to just write at sales@philocaly.in  within 24 hrs from time of delivery and return steps will be provided from our customer support executive.

  1. Provide us with the tracking details of the product that you have returned to us. (Tracking details includes courier company’s name and tracking number) Without this packages could get lost and replacement might be cancelled.
  2.  Mention the Company Name philocaly.in and Order Number on the return package.

Last date of return shipping: 7 days from date of delivery. We will not be able to accept returns if dispatched after 7 days.

Return Shipping Cost:

The cost of return shipping will not be covered by Philocaly.in

Please note that the return policy is NOT applicable on orders that are custom made or custom stitched.

Options after Return:

You can choose to do one of the followings.

  1. Request a replacement, either the same item or a different item from the website
  2. Request a coupon code of same value for purchase later on the website. Using the coupon code, you can select anything on the website equivalent of the returned value.

Packaging Advice:

It is of utmost importance that the items do not get damaged on their return shipping.

For Products, please use cotton, bubble wrap, paper or foam to do some kind of padding around the product.

II.For international customers also we accept return in 7 days only. The return has to be dispatched to Philocaly within 7 days from & Philocaly should be updated via email on sales@Philocaly.in along with the order number returned & the tracking details. Any returned sent product should be online traceable along with signature requirement.

products accept 7 days exchange subject to the following conditions:

products are not used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way.

Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.

‘Made to order’ Clothes and products are not covered under the return policy.

 

How do I change my order ?

If you want to add or delete items from your order before it is dispatched please mail to sales@philocaly.in with your order number and product details where you want modification.

Does philocaly.in pick up the product I want to return from my location?

Currently we don’t have reverse pickups.

How do I get defective Item replaced ?

It is very unfortunate that you received a damaged product. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

In order to fix this issue at the earliest, kindly send us a snapshot/photo of the damaged item indicating the damage. Based on the kind of damage we can suggest resolutions for the same. Please provide us a picture within 24 hrs from time of delivery so that we can register the complaint after 24hrs it not be possible to register complaint .

Upon receiving the photo, our team will review the damage. If the damage is approved and a complaint is registered, we request you to kindly send the product back to us. If a replacement product is in stock with us, we will reship the same to you. In case it is not available, you can request for a refund or a coupon for future purchases.

We wish to resolve this in the best way possible for you and will do our best to provide a better service on your next delivery. Investigation may take 3-4 days for international deliveries.
